Tank Heater

Consider this:  When outside temperatures drop,  the cold can affect the leveling of your hydraulic elevator.

The elevator machine room gets cold and lowers the temperature of the oil in the tank.  This can lead to leveling problems and tripping hazards.  A submersible tank heater mounted inside the tank will regulate the oil temperature and viscosity to sustain accurate floor stops.  Tank heaters are intended primarily for application in hydraulic control systems where overnight conditions or periods of non operation cause the temperature of the hydraulic fluid to fall below desirable levels.  A built in thermostat switches the heating element on at an oil temperature of 68° F and off again when the oil temperature has risen to approximately 77° F.
