Protect Your Investment
From premium coverage to just the basics, Jersey Elevator provides a variety of Maintenance packages to meet the equipment, usage, and budgetary needs of every building owner. All of our customers with maintenance plans get:
Regularly scheduled preventative maintenance visits provide the essential care that is vital to extend the useful life of your equipment and prevent service disruption. During these scheduled visits, your maintenance mechanic will lubricate all rotating equipment and other moving parts, and inspect and test critical components to determine any potential failures. We offer monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly visits.
24/7 Live Call Center
An essential part of our Maintenance program is our live call center, available for any emergency situation on a 24/7 basis. Through the call center, customers can speak directly with a courteous and professional representative who can schedule an immediate emergency service visit or one during regular business hours.
Our response time to emergencies is typically under 60 minutes. Our response time for non-emergencies is 4 hours or less. We let our customers determine emergencies.
