Maintenance

Protect your investment
Jersey Elevator offers Three types of service programs for elevator equipment of all types. Our Maintenance program provides the most comprehensive care available for your equipment, no matter its age, condition, or manufacturer.

Extend the life of existing equipment
Regularly-scheduled monthly preventative maintenance visits provide the essential care that is vital to extend the useful life of your equipment. During these scheduled visits, your maintenance mechanic will lubricate all rotating equipment and other moving parts.  We also offer Bi-monthly and quarterly visits.

Minimize service interruptions
During each visit, Your Jersey Elevator mechanic inspects and tests critical components in order to determine any potential equipment failures. In anticipation of a component failure, we can order parts and schedule a repair in advance of a sudden shutdown to significantly reduce service interruption.

24/7 Live Call Center
An essential part of our Maintenance program is our live call center, available for any emergency situation on a 24/7 basis. Through the Call Center, customers can speak directly with a courteous and professional representative who can schedule an immediate emergency service visit, or one during regular business hours.

Outstanding response time to emergencies
Our response time to emergencies is typically under 60 minutes. Our response time for non emergencies is 4 hours or less. Even better, emergencies are defined by you the customer.

Maintenance packages to suit every need
Jersey Elevator provides a variety of Maintenance packages to meet the equipment, usage, and budgetary needs of every building owner. From Premium coverage to just the basics, we can design a package that’s a perfect fit for any building and it’s maintenance budget.

Why wait for your next service problem to occur? Contact us today for complete details about our Maintenance programs.

What to do next
WE WANT TO BE YOUR ELEVATOR COMPANY!   It’s that simple.  So, we’re encouraging you to give yourself the opportunity to entertain a proposal from us by NOT letting your current contract automatically renew for another five years.  We’re not asking for your business today.  We’re just asking you to have an open mind and talk with us.

Here’s what to do right now
Please send your notice of non-renewal…today.  It’s never too early to send your notice, only too late.  Then call us at 800-621-0145 and ask for Doug Hamann.  Tell him you found us on our website and that you would like more information.  He will be happy to talk with you and to schedule a time to come out and meet with you.

And remember, there are absolutely no obligation and no fees to pay.  You have nothing to lose except maybe high prices and “standard” service.
